1. Health Guarantee – 14 Days
All puppies come with a 14-day health guarantee from delivery date. If a licensed vet diagnoses a life-threatening congenital defect within 14 days, we offer:
- Full replacement puppy from next available litter, OR
- Full refund of purchase price
Customer must provide written vet report within 48 hours of diagnosis. Guarantee does not cover parasites, kennel cough, or issues from poor care/neglect.
2. Return Window & Conditions
We do not accept “returns” like online stores. Puppies are living animals. If you cannot keep your puppy, we require you to contact us first. We will:
- Help rehome the dog through our breeder network, OR
- Take the dog back – no refund after 14 days
No refunds after 14 days except for health guarantee cases above.
3. Shipping/Delivery Method & Fees
Puppies ship via flight nanny or cargo. Shipping fees are non-refundable once booked. If buyer cancels before flight, 50% deposit is kept to cover reservation costs. See our Available Puppies page for delivery options.
